Here’s Who Came to Comic-Con 2022
After three full years of being delayed due to COVID-19, Comic-Con is back to hosting a public in-person event. The event was full of stars for various projects, and many new exciting things were announced that will be released later on in the future.
Paul Rudd made an appearance to discuss the upcoming Ant-Man movie, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania for Marvel’s panel discussion. Rudd got to share the new trailer with fans on July 23. Rudd appeared with Jonathan Majors, Ryan Coogler, Kathryn Newton, and Letitia Wright for Marvel’s line-up of actors for upcoming films. Many other stars also went on stage to talk about new projects.
Chris Pratt joined Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, and James Gunn to talk about Volume 3 of Guardians of the Galaxy, which is set to release in May of 2023. Pratt got to talk with the cast about some of the themes for his character in the new movie.
Dwayne Johnson thundered into Comic-Con in full superhero gear to present Black Adam, his upcoming movie. Johnson got to show off both his muscles and the movie itself as he shared information with fans about the upcoming film. Black Adam is set to release this October.
Olivia Cooke and Milly Alcock appeared on a Comic-Con panel together to discuss House of the Dragon, the highly anticipated prequel for Game of Thrones.
Kesha graced Comic-Con with her pop star presence to give the audience a small preview of her new docuseries, Conjuring Kesha. She wore a bold black leather body suit that was right on theme with Kesha’s fascinating fashion.
Even Bill Nye made an appearance at Comic-Con! Nye posed for photos with Brannon Braga and Erica Huggins, who joined him to promote Bill Nye’s new show. The show will be available at the end of August on Peacock, titled The End is Nye.
