Does Camilla Cabello Have a Mysterious New Boyfriend?
Camilla Cabello, a celebrity singer who used to be a member of the all-female singing group Fifth Harmony, has seemingly moved on from her ex, Shawn Mendes. Who is he, you ask? Well, it’s the CEO of the dating app Lox Club, Austin Kevitch.
The first time Camilla and Austin were seen together was in June. They were spotted strolling through Los Angeles and were photographed holding hands and kissing. A little over a month later, the Daily Mail obtained images that showed the same couple spending time in a Los Angeles coffee shop holding hands. Wearing a flowy and floral blue dress, Camilla was seen giving Austin a kiss on the cheek.
Many fans were understandably surprised since it was the first time Camilla was seen dating anyone after her split with Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes. After a little over two years together, Camilla and Shawn’s fans were shocked and disappointed by their November 2021 announcement that they were breaking up.
It’s perhaps some consolation to see that the split was amicable. The former couple has only uttered kind words to each other and could be seen wishing one another a bright future.
They each posted an Instagram Story where they said, “Hey guys, we’ve decided to stop our romantic relationship, but our love for one another as humans is stronger than ever. We began our relationship as best friends and will be best friends throughout.”
The message ended with, “We so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward, Camila and Shawn.”
Now that Camila has rediscovered love with Austin Kevitch, it appears that she has finally moved on. The development has left many onlookers curious about her new flame, Austin.
Who is Austin Kevitch? For starters, Austin is the founder and CEO of Lox Club, an app that describes itself as “a members-only dating club for people with ridiculously high standards.” American rappers Lil Yachty and Bhad Bhabie are two of his more prominent investors. During an interview with online news site Bustle, he described himself as “extremely single” and admitted to using his own app.
The 31-year-old was quoted as saying, “I definitely want a girlfriend, but being single helps with running Lox Club because I know all the pain points that single people feel, and I know exactly what I would want in an app. I think once I’m living happily ever after with someone and running off into the sunset, I won’t be as in touch with all the annoying things about dating.”
Camilla is likewise keeping herself professionally busy with the debut of her brand new album Familia. She also recently performed as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live.
The Cuban-born American singer is undoubtedly a cultural icon. The “Bam Bam” singer’s career is booming and a tour is reportedly in the works. Now that her personal life, or more specifically her love life, is in the spotlight once more, people want to know everything that’s happening!
