Kim Kardashian’s Eldest Daughter Declares The Conjuring 3 Her Favorite Movie
Ask kids below ten years old what their favorite movie is, and you’d probably get the names of Disney and superhero films. There’s also the choice of musical films and classic cartoons that many, even adults, would declare as their favorite.
But Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s nine-year-old daughter, North, has an entirely different taste even in movies. The youngster just shared last Sunday on TikTok that her favorite movie is The Conjuring 3.
The young fashionista shared a clip of how she starts her day on their kimandnorth TikTok official account. It quickly went viral and became the talk of the platform.
North began by saying she typically starts her day watching her favorite movie. The song California Gurls by Katy Perry accompanied her opening statement.
Most of the account’s 9.4 million followers anticipated a different favorite movie than what North mentioned. Less than two hours later, North’s video already garnered more than 890,000 views.
North’s TikTok also shows a screen-captured image of the movie, The Conjuring 3: The Devil Made Me Do It. This is a horror movie with Vera Farmiga as the lead star. The story follows the lives of a couple, both paranormal investigators, as they look into a murder associated with demonic possession.
The Motion Picture Association gave this movie an R rating due to its disturbing images, terror, and violence. Viewers are still trying to determine whether North actually watched the movie or if the tween was simply fooling around.
After that attention-grabbing statement, North shared how she got her hair done and selected an outfit that looked cute.
She ended the video by showing off her outfit of the day while girlishly posing in her pink bedroom. The tween extended the length of her video by posting footage of herself lip-syncing to Michael Jackson’s frantic Beat It.
Like most kids her age, North is an enthusiastic TikTok user. North has more than 150 videos on the account she shares with Kim.
And the youngster being on the video-sharing site was a central sore point between her parents, given that Kanye isn’t pleased with her daughter being very active on social media. Last February, the 45-year-old rapper expressed disapproval of North’s social media activities.
He had shared a screenshot of North’s video on his own Instagram account and asked his many followers how he should go about with her daughter being on TikTok against his will. He also mentioned that since it was his first divorce, he didn’t know how to go about his dilemma of North being on social media.
His ex-wife Kim responded to the post publicly, emphasizing that as their children’s sole provider and caregiver, she gives her daughter the freedom to express her creativity with adult supervision. She also reiterated that North is happy doing her videos and sharing them with everyone.
