Megan Fox And Machine Gun Kelly “On A Break” And Have Paused Wedding Plans, Insider Says
Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are reportedly taking a break from their relationship after reports that the couple is in need of a “significant breakthrough.” Per Daily Mail, the two are in the middle of an issue and, while working to resolve it, have put a hold on the next step of their love.
Fans looking forward to a wedding need not have their minds set on the near future as the couple have reportedly not picked out a date or venue and will not be doing that anytime soon.
Despite being on a break from their relationship duties and pausing their wedding plans, sources for the US Weekly say that love is not lost between the pair, and they are still in communication.
“Megan and MGK are currently on a break but are still in contact. They are very hot and cold,” the insider stated.
“[Megan] isn’t sure where things stand with Colson, and it’s complicated at the moment. They’re still working on their relationship because the love they had was the real deal. That’s not something that just goes away overnight,” the source added.
The actress and pop punk rapper got engaged in January 2022, solidifying their status as a power couple among their fans. However, all doesn’t seem well in that camp, as a source revealed that “their relationship is pretty volatile at the moment.”
The couple has sparked breakup rumors twice this year as speculations have been flying that Machine Gun Kelly cheated on her. In February, the Transformers star deleted all that had to do with her rapper fiancé from her main Instagram page and then uploaded something about “dishonesty.”
The post included a selfie and an image of a burning letter followed by the lyrics from Beyonce’s Pray You Catch Me, a song believed to be about the marital problems Beyonce and her rapper husband Jay Z were experiencing.
Meghan, however, later insisted that “there has been no third party inference of any kind” between her and the Bad Things hitmaker.
In an effort to make things clear, US Weekly’s source says that the couple had a big fight over Super Bowl weekend in February. “She was supposed to go to his performance at the Sports Illustrated party, but they had a fight and she canceled plans and flew out Saturday evening,” they recounted.
While the source says the love between the couple is real and hardly defeated, they also hinted at a “need to have a significant breakthrough to make things work” as they stated that “it’s all up in the air right now.”
