Rihanna was spotted shopping for clothes in Los Angeles on Wednesday, dropping a massive hint about the gender of her unborn second baby. The 35-year-old singer, who is already a mother to an 11-month-old son with beau A$AP Rocky, was seen checking out a pastel pink knitted romper, suggesting that the baby she is expecting soon might be a baby girl.
The expectant star opted for the casually chic look as she rocked a black maxi dress paired with a chic coat and shades as she went through items at the store. Her tresses were styled in a chic updo as she proved that pregnancy has nothing on her by going make-up free and showing off her radiant complexion. Accessorizing her look was a pair of shimmering hoop earrings.
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky began dating in 2020 and welcomed their son last May, a development that gladdened the hearts of her fans. The couple recently celebrated their son’s first Easter, and Rihanna eagerly shared the adorable moments with her Instagram following.
Motherhood has been life-changing for Rihanna, who recently told British Vogue that “it’s everything. You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever.”
The couple’s parenting goals involve raising open-minded children who don’t discriminate. They plan to be “cool parents” who will instill in their children the value of imagination.
Speaking to Dazed about his parenting goals, A$AP Rocky said, “I will always remind my children to never lose their imagination, even as adults, no matter what. Ahead of the baby’s arrival, the Barbaros native recently purchased a 40th-floor penthouse in the same building where her three-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot home stands. The sprawling condo, which Rihanna purchased for $21 million, is more than double the size of their previous home and has four bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths.
Her home purchase does not come as a shock as Rihanna is among the wealthiest women in the world, with an estimated net worth of $1.4 billion, according to Forbes. When it comes to the richest female entertainers, she is topped only by Oprah Winfrey. While she is a successful singer, it is reported that the bulk of her wealth are attributed to proceeds from her fashion brands and her skincare and cosmetics company Fenty Beauty, which is now worth $2.8 billion in total.
