Rihanna Provides Clue On The Gender Of Her Second Child During Shopping Spree
Millions of fans and followers of Rihanna celebrated when the hitmaker appeared to have dropped a clue about the gender of her next child while shopping for baby clothes in Los Angeles.
The 35-year-old hitmaker, who is already a mother to an 11-month son with 34-year-old partner A$AP Rocky, was checking out a pretty knitted romper in pastel pink, and if this isn’t an indication that she’s having a baby girl, then what is?
The expectant mother looked relaxed, wearing a black maxi dress, as she went through the items in the store. And pregnant Rihanna certainly looked glowing, even without any makeup on.
The power couple officially began dating three years ago and welcomed their son earlier this year.
Rihanna announced her second pregnancy during the halftime show of this year’s Super Bowl. This is where she revealed her baby bump while doing her performance.
One thing about being pregnant is the leniency regarding food cravings, and RiRi had been very open about her food cravings while carrying her child. According to the singer, she likes to chow down something traditional from her native Barbados country—tangerine with salt.
She also shared with British Vogue that chocolate is also something that appeals to her even if, on average days, Rihanna is not a fan of desserts. Note, though, that during the British Vogue interview, the We Found Love singer didn’t know she was pregnant with her second child.
The small family—Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, and their son—featured in the magazine’s cover spread. This was when the singer admitted how motherhood was life-changing for her. And that life before having her son are times that she doesn’t remember anymore, which she called the craziest thing ever.
Even Rihanna’s partner, A$AP Rocky, often shares his parenting goals. One time, speaking to Dazed, he stated, “I will always remind my children to never lose their imagination, even as adults, no matter what.”
He also shared the values he hopes to instill in his kids: “I hope to raise open-minded children. Not people who discriminate. And I’m not trying to describe a saint, but realistically, I just want a cool child with cool parents.”
Rihanna shared some photos of their child celebrating his first Easter. Some images include the adorable child wearing a cute pair of bunny ears while eating some Easter treats. The singer also shared captured snaps of the tiny tot collecting his Easter eggs inside a playpen filled with live bunnies.
In preparation for their growing family, news of Rihanna purchasing a new home has been recently revealed. The singer purchased a second residence in the same penthouse, this time a 9,290 square foot condo on the 40th floor that was formerly owned by Friends alum Matthew Perry. The singer already owns a 3,500-square-foot, three-bedroom home there.
The sprawling property had a $28 million initial market value, but Rihanna was able to acquire it for less money than that. Rihanna paid $21 million for her new home, but that price tag won’t put a dent in the singer’s bank account.
After all, RiRi is a self-made billionaire not just because of her music career but also because of her beauty and lingerie brands.
