In a heartwarming display of friendship and unity, Drake and Meek Mill put an end to their long-standing feud during the It’s All a Blur Tour stop in Philadelphia on Monday night. The feud, which erupted in the summer of 2015, involved accusations from Meek Mill about Drake using a ghostwriter for their collaborative track, R.I.C.O. In response, Drake unleashed two diss tracks, Charged Up and Back to Back, addressing the allegations head-on.

During an interview with Rap Radar in December 2019, Drake shed light on the reasons behind the feud, revealing that Meek Mill was going through a rough phase and expressing how Meek’s commitment to authenticity earned his respect.

“I don’t like to glorify the situation or talk about it too much. Meek’s really about that. I know obviously he’s made a change in his life, but I’ll be the first to tell you that Meek’s that guy for real. I wasn’t beefing with no punk.
