Adele Is Ready To Be a Mom Again and Already Has a List of Baby Names
While talking to fans during the Weekends with Adele’s Las Vegas show last Saturday, Adele admitted that she’s ready to be a mom again.
The conversation started when one of Adele’s fans asked for advice on what name to give her soon-to-arrive daughter. Another concertgoer captured the exchange and shared it in TikTok.
Adele and the mom-to-be were discussing names when the “Skyfall” hitmaker explained that she was excited at the idea of having two kids. The 35-year-old singer is already mom to 10-year-old Angelo, a son she shares with her ex-husband Simon Konecki.
While at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, Adele shared, “I want to be a mom again soon.” She then shared her advice with the fan who was searching for the perfect baby girl’s name. That was when the singer revealed that she already has a list. According to Adele, anytime she encounters a name she likes, she adds it to the list on her phone.
Adele was then asked to choose between Parker and Spencer. She answered that her boyfriend, Rich Paul, is partial to Parker.
In one of her earlier shows this month, Adele struggled to hide her emotions when she became part of another couple’s gender reveal. The British performer saw a sign from the audience while performing and kindly accommodated the request. The video that caught the gender reveal showed Adele asking the couple’s names. After answering her, the mother mentioned that she was 18 weeks into her pregnancy.
The singer informed the pair that she had never done a gender reveal. But the woman erased Adele’s hesitations when she said, “I’m so honored that you’re going to do this for us. We’ve known since 12 weeks, and we’ve been waiting for this moment.”
Adele then opened the envelope containing the baby’s gender and announced to everyone that they were having a baby boy. The father-to-be cheered and waved his arms. Adele was overwhelmed with emotions and couldn’t stop tears of happiness from flowing.
After announcing that the couple would be having a boy, Adele couldn’t contain her emotions. She started sobbing onstage and requested the parents to repay the favor one day. The comment was noticed by eagle-eyed fans who were listening, prompting them to speculate that Adele is planning baby #2 with her beau.
Adele’s baby fever started last year. If you’ll recall, she shared that she wanted more children during one of her interviews in 2022 with BBC as well as with other publications,
The English singer and songwriter gushed at how much she would like to have more kids and that it would be wonderful if she can have them with her partner Rich. To console herself, the performer also stated that if they can’t be blessed with more children, she’s happy with her current son Angelo.
Adele added that she just wants to be happy and that she loves being a mother.
