Alix Earle Opens Up About Relationship With Braxton Berrios, Addresses Rumors
In a recent episode of Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, Alix Earle took the opportunity to clear the air about her connection with 27-year-old NFL star Braxton Berrios. The podcast appearance shed light on the real story behind their relationship and addressed rumors that had been circulating.
Braxton had previously been in a two-year relationship with Sophia Culpo, which came to an end in March. When he and Alix were spotted together, speculations arose, suggesting that she might have played a role in the breakup.
Cooper, the host of the podcast, did not waste any time in asking the 22-year-old TikTok sensation about the rumors that had been circulating online. Alix unequivocally denied any wrongdoing, stating, ““It is so triggering to even hear you say that,” before clarifying, “No. They were not together.”
She expressed her dismay at being labeled a homewrecker and highlighted how hurtful these comments had been to her.
During the podcast, Alix also shared insights into her family’s history with infidelity, which was a painful chapter in her life. She emphasized, “I spent my childhood thinking this is basically the worst thing you could do to another human. So why the f— would I do that?”
The genesis of the rumors was discussed as well as Alix explained that the ex-girlfriend, Sophia, had begun posting insinuations of unfaithfulness online, leading to suspicions since she had been seen spending time with Braxton.
According to Alix, she took these allegations seriously and confronted Berrios, demanding evidence to clear her name. She said she was resolute in her pursuit of the truth, stating, “if you did that to a person, obviously, of course, you’ll probably do that to me too, and if I did that to someone else, I wouldn’t be able to live with myself.”
Sophia, in response, also shared her perspective, claiming that Braxton had been unfaithful and had even posted about it on TikTok, though the post has since been deleted. The NFL star also offered his explanation, describing their relationship as “good” and “healthy” but citing difficulties towards the end. He emphasized that their separation had nothing to do with any third party, putting all speculations to rest.
Despite the drama surrounding their relationship, Alix asserted that she is presently single and not officially dating Braxton She acknowledged the complexities of navigating a new relationship in the public eye, stating, “It’s been weird starting to talk to somebody while kind of having a following, I guess, just because people would see us out together so naturally they’re like, ‘Oh they’re dating.’”
