Kim Kardashian’s Son Ignores Her Siblings and Behaves Like an Only Child

Mother-of-four Kim Kardashian is happily adjusting to life as a single mother. However, the reality star recently revealed that her eldest, 10-year-old North, still acts like an only child and doesn’t interact much with her younger siblings.

Aside from North, Kim also has 7-year-old Saint, 5-year-old Chicago, and 4-year-old Psalm whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West. The ex-couple had the children naturally and via surrogate while married from 2014 to 2021. Recall that Kim and Kanye went through a nasty and ugly divorce which was thankfully finalized in 2022.

She shared, “I feel like North is, like, lives her life like an only child, does her thing. Then the two little ones (Chicago and Psalm) are a year apart, so they’re almost like twins, and they’re always together. So, Saint loves the little ones, would love North if she would hang out with them, but she won’t, so I wanna give him a little bit of attention.”

Kim provided an example, “Like it’s already he doesn’t like me to kiss him goodbye at school anymore, and he gets so embarrassed, and he looks around and sees where his friends are and quickly hugs me and runs, so we’re already there.”

Kim, who is currently part of FX’s American Horror Story: Delicate, admitted while filming one of the episodes that she likes planning and going on special trips that her children find interesting. As a mother, she admitted that she tries to find out what her children’s passions are and, if possible, do a trip with the kids. 

As she went into details about the special trips she likes to treat her kids with, Kim stated that she will be taking Saint and his best friends—their moms included—on a trip to Paris and London. She called the upcoming trip a Soccer Mom Tour Trip.

Sharing more details, she said, “Our boys love soccer, and they’re obsessed with all the players from (Kylian) Mbappe, (Lionel) Messi, (Christiano) Ronaldo, Neymar (da Silva Santos Júnior), (Bukayo) Saka. You name it, they’re obsessed.” 

Another example Kim revealed was taking Chicago and her friends to San Diego where they visited Legoland and the zoos. She also went to Paris with North because she loves the city and has a keen eye for fashion.

Psalm, her youngest, is happy just to tag along. Kim and North’s trip to Paris was part of their reality show, The Kardashians’ season 2 finale. The mother-daughter duo was shown having a blast during Paris Fashion Week.

During an interview with People, she enthusiastically talked about why she wanted to make the most of her time with her kids: “The days are so long but the years are so short. I love the night snuggles, I love our morning madness before school — I love it all. Even when it seems overwhelming, I know that my babies will grow up and I will wish for the days of tantrums and the cute little PJs and bath time and book time. So, I cherish it all!”
