Kanye West Lives With No Nanny, Security, or Chef, and His Daughter, North, Loves Staying With Him
Kanye West seems to have turned away from his previous life of utter luxury, as revealed by his ex-wife Kim Kardashian recently. According to the reality star, Kanye is now living in an apartment without the high-end amenities they had when they lived together in their Calabasas home.
The SKIMS founder said in last Wednesday’s episode of their reality show, The Kardashians, that Kanye’s current living setup suits her daughter, North. He doesn’t employ nannies, security, or a chef.
The 43-year-old admitted, “North, she’ll go to her dad’s, she’ll be like, ‘Dad is the best. He has it all figured out. He doesn’t have a nanny. He doesn’t have a chef. He doesn’t have security. He lives in an apartment.’”
Kim added that North would end up crying and asking her, “Why don’t you have an apartment? I can’t believe we don’t have an apartment.”
Today, Kanye is married to 28-year-old Bianca Censori. Rumors about their wedding not being binding and legal surfaced earlier this year, but it was then revealed that the two got married under a confidential marriage license last December—one month after Kim and Kanye’s divorce was finalized.
Kanye and Bianca’s marriage was not made public, which is one of the primary conditions of a confidential license. Despite the controversies that the couple were subjected to, thanks to their amorous and almost obscene displays of affection in Italy, it seems that their relationship has become stronger than ever, and both are happy.
One source close to the couple revealed, “They are besotted with each other. I can assure you they are very much married.”
It has been reported that Kanye and Bianca live in an apartment in West Hollywood. Their monthly rent is $20,000 in one of the luxury buildings of Los Angeles. This seems to be the apartment that North was telling her mother about. Kanye was in the process of constructing his $60 million mansion located in Malibu, but this was paused after he dissolved his construction company that handled the rapper’s dream home project.
There were also reports of Kanye experiencing some financial difficulties because of projects that were discontinued because of his public anti-Semitic comments. Recall that his rants and remarks have cost him about $1.6 billion in losses, and his net worth plummeted. One of the outcomes was Kanye being dropped from the Forbes billionaires list.
According to some of his Malibu neighbors, Kanye’s mansion was just left as it is in the area, and there have been no signs of anyone at the construction site for many months.
In the same episode where Kim revealed that North likes her father’s setup better, her sister Kourtney also shared that her children had the same feedback after going to their father, Scott Disick’s, house.
According to Kourtney, her kids will say, “Dad has the best house. Your house sucks. He has the best house where it is not super big, but the vibe is better.”
