Kim Kardashian’s True Thoughts About Sister Kendall’s Met Gala OOTD Revealed by Daughter North
Kim Kardashian brought her oldest daughter, North West, to the Met Gala in New York. She wanted her eldest to experience the gala, and in a surprising turn of events, North being there has caused a minor rift with Kendall Jenner.
It all started with the three sisters, 42-year-old Kim, 28-year-old Kendall, and 26-year-old Kylie, attending the gathering while sporting different looks. Many enjoyed and approved Kendall’s black once-piece look with its flared cape, but turns out Kim was not impressed.
After the gala, while relaxing in their hotel, Kim berated North for spilling her thoughts about Auntie Kendall’s dress.
The reality TV star and influencer asked her daughter, “Why would you tell Auntie Kendall I hated her outfit?”
Kim started by saying, “By the way, North, you need to have something like loyalty. When mommy talks sh*t about people, you cannot go tell them.” Her daughter and niece, Penelope, laughed it off.
To better contextualize Kim’s reprimand directed towards North, a clip was shown with the Jenner sisters – Kendall and Kylie, in a joint confession. Kendall revealed how Kim had told her that she loved her dress the entire night. The model who just wrapped up her Calvin Klein ad shared how Kim told her, “No, no, no, it’s great, it’s great, your look is great. I love it, I love it, I love it.”
Later, her nieces North and Penelope went to Kendall’s room, and she asked them, “Oh guys, like, who was your favorite of the night?”
The girls responded, “You were actually our favorite.” Kendall gushed, “Oh my God, stop, really?” They were like, “Yeah, we really loved yours, you were our favorite,” Kendall added.
Kendall then said, “Your mom said she really liked my look too.” But much to her and Kylie’s surprise, North dropped the bombshell, “She was lying. She told me she did not like your look.”
The model admitted that she was taken aback but comforted herself, knowing that her niece favors her outfit. Her sister, Kylie, chimed in, “The kids always know.”
Back in Kim’s hotel room, North reasoned with her mom that she was not advised not to divulge her secret. Kim tried to explain, “But still. There’s like a thing about honesty, and there is a thing about loyalty or having your momma’s back.”
To this, North reiterated that she would never tell so long as Kim tells her not to say anything. And, in this case, her mother didn’t.
In a confession, Kim admitted, “North definitely has a few things to learn, but she has the biggest heart, and I’m so lucky I got to share this experience with North and Penelope. This is my happy place. Just out of my dress, in my pajamas, eating pizza with my family, just chilling, could not be happier.”
Later on, North was seen watching the events that happened at the Met Gala and started giving her opinion — honest reactions to the guests of the event.
