Lena wrote, “Keeping you prayed up.”
This tribute follows Snoop Dogg’s earlier announcement of Bing’s passing, where he shared a heartfelt photo alongside his late brother, expressing his grief and sorrow.
Bing was not only Snoop Dogg’s brother but also his longtime collaborator in the music industry. According to the late music executive, he co-wrote Snoop Dogg’s Be Thankful. From serving as a roadie to becoming tour manager and co-writing songs, their bond extended beyond family ties to professional partnership. Together, they ventured into various business endeavors, including Snoop Dogg Skateboards and Dogg Records.
Speaking about all the work he does alongside his half older brother, Bing said at the time, “I’m glad I’m a mystery. That’s good.”
“When I put the [Lifestyle] album out, I was putting everything in the music together. My guy was a great rapper and I was a great rapper, but I was like ‘why am I working on the music? I should be doing all the business side of this thing.’ I love meeting people, talking business, that got me going. That made me feel like another person,” he added.
Despite facing personal challenges, including his daughter Cori Broadus’ recent health scare, Snoop Dogg remains resilient. At the premiere of his film The Underdoggs, he shared that Cori was improving and was “doing a little bit better.”
