Adam Levine Reveals Maroon 5’s Biggest Fans Are His Own Kids

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine recently revealed that his biggest fans aren’t found in crowded concert halls but right in his own home.
During an appearance on SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up radio show, the 45-year-old singer shared that his three children — daughters Dusty Rose, 7, and Gio Grace, 6, and his son, 14 months — are avid supporters of his band.
“The cool thing about my kids is they’re obsessed with the band. They know every [song]. It’s interesting to see because they know songs that I don’t even remember writing or singing,” Adam stated.
Adam’s kids, whom he shares with wife Behati Prinsloo, 35, recently accompanied him to Las Vegas during the band’s residency, immersing themselves in the behind-the-scenes experience.
“My daughter Dusty, she’s a Maroon 5 historian,” the singer proudly revealed. “We’re trying to get them to branch out a little bit.”
Last spring, Adam’s family made a special appearance in Maroon 5’s music video for their song Middle Ground. The video showcased intimate moments of the family’s life, including playful interactions between Adam, Behati, and their daughters.
Behati also shared glimpses of their family vacation in Mexico, capturing serene moments with Adam and their youngest child, whose face was intentionally kept out of the photos.
The inclusion of Adam’s family in the band’s music video and their presence during his performances highlights the importance of family to the musician.
Getting his children to “branch out a little bit” might pose a form of challenge to Adam, as he has confirmed that Maroon 5 has new music in the works. The songs in the upcoming album are expected to be even more special than the previous ones as Adam revealed that the band will be writing all the songs and won’t be having any co-writers.
“We’re definitely making new music and the cool thing is that I really, after, I don’t know, 13, 12, 13 years of doing co-writes, I finally have shut everybody out and it’s just me and the band making the songs so there’s no more of that,” he shared.
According to Adam, he is having a free flow of inspiration more than before. “It’s like I feel like the floodgates have kind of just opened again and it’s crazy because if I had been writing up until now on my own, I might not feel the same way and might not have poured out. There’s so much creativity kind of pouring out right now, so I feel like I’m in a pretty amazing spot,” he stated.
