Jon Hamm Hopes To Build A Family With Wife Anna Osceola

Jon Hamm is opening up about his aspirations to start a family with his wife, Anna Osceola. In a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, the Emmy winner, known for his roles in Mad Men and Fargo, shared his thoughts on marriage and the possibility of having children with Anna, 36.
Reflecting on his past, Jon revealed that his parents’ divorce had influenced his views on marriage. Admitting that he “didn’t look at marriage as a thing,” he revealed that his perspective changed after marrying Anna.
Now, he hopes they will now have kids together.
“It’s not lost on me that I’m 53. I will be the old dad, but so it goes. It could be a good thing. We’ll see,” he said.
Jon also opened up about his fears leading up to his proposal, saying, “I just remember feeling, ‘This is really scary.’ Then going, ‘Well, it probably means it’s worthwhile.’”
The actor described his wedding day as perfect and emotional, held at Anderson Canyon in Big Sur, California, the site of the Mad Men finale.
“Everybody I love was there. Everybody I love was there. It was so emotional, and it felt right. I was like, ‘OK, I guess this is a thing.’ We did it [where they had shot the Mad Men finale], which was also amazing. Again, it was like a reset, a reboot, a reframe, a reimagining, nine years later, almost to the day,” he stated.
Hamm and Osceola first met when she appeared in the final episode of Mad Men in 2015. Their romantic connection began in 2020, and by February 2023, they were engaged. The couple tied the knot on June 24, 2023, in a beautiful ceremony that Jon fondly remembered.
Revealing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that it “was a perfect day,” he added, “We did it this summer in beautiful Big Sur. It only took me half a century, but I figured I might as well get it right.”
In a follow-up with PEOPLE, Jon talked about spending the holidays with Anna, six months after their wedding. “The best part of it is just being together. That’s really it. And it’s doubly nice that we’re married now and that’s really fun, but hopefully, that continues on, and you start creating new traditions with your family, and all of those things, and that’s the best,” he said.
