HGTV Star Christina Hall And Josh Hall’s Whirlwind Romance Ends In Divorce
The whirlwind romance of HGTV star Christina Hall and realtor Josh Hall has come to an end. The couple, who legally wed on October 6, 2021, is now heading for divorce. Josh filed for divorce on July 15, citing “irreconcilable differences” and requesting spousal support from Christina. Their official date of separation is listed as July 8, 2024.
Christina, 41, known for her stunning designs on HGTV, and Josh, 43, a successful realtor, were initially reported to have secretly tied the knot in California sometime in the last six months before April 2022. This was later confirmed by PEOPLE. Christina even changed her last name from Haack to Hall on her real estate license, signaling her commitment to the new chapter in her life.
The couple’s relationship first came to light in July 2021. A source close to Christina revealed at the time, “They recently started dating each other and it was an immediate, real connection.”
The source added that Josh worked in real estate and the couple enjoyed getting to know each other without external pressures.
Their relationship blossomed quickly, leading to an intimate wedding ceremony in Hawaii in September 2022, surrounded by close friends and family. A week after the wedding, Josh shared his happiness on Instagram with a heartfelt message: “A week ago, I married the best friend I could ask for, just the way we wanted, our way and with some of the closest people to us.”
“A week later, I can’t help but feel grateful for all that made the trip out and made us feel the love. Love all these people. 🤟🏼❤️,” he added.
However, the happiness was short-lived. Christina has since deleted their wedding photo from her Instagram account, and a source close to her confirmed that she has also filed for divorce from Josh.
Christina’s romantic journey has seen its fair share of ups and downs. She was first married to Tarek El Moussa, with whom she shares two children, 13-year-old Taylor and 8-year-old Brayden. Following their split, she married Ant Anstead in December 2018, and they have a 4-year-old son, Hudson. Christina and Anstead divorced in September 2020, with the proceedings finalized in June 2021.
