Olivia Dunne Praises Travis Kelce For His Kindness And Shares Her Love For Taylor Swift
LSU gymnast Olivia “Livvy” Dunne couldn’t say enough good things about Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce while chatting about sports power couples with fellow LSU athlete Flau’jae Johnson on her podcast, Best of Both Worlds with Flau’jae. On Sept. 19, Olivia, 21, gushed about both Travis and his superstar girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
Olivia had the chance to select between two power couples — Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens or Taylor and Travis — and quickly chose the latter duo, both 34. It wasn’t just because of her love for Taylor, though, she clarified as she revealed a memorable encounter she had with Travis that left a lasting impression.
“I’m a certified Swiftie. And also, Travis Kelce’s super nice…he’s the man, like he’s a good guy.”
Flau’jae, who met Travis at a party, agreed with Olivia’s glowing review. Olivia then recalled how Travis generously offered her and her MLB-player boyfriend, Paul Skenes, tickets to one of Taylor’s Eras Tour shows.
“He was so chill. He was at one of the photo shoots I was at this summer and he was like, ‘Well, if you or Paul ever need tickets to a Taylor concert or need a hookup, just let me know.’ I was like, ‘Are you kidding me?’” Olivia revealed.
For the gymnast and social media personality, her admiration for both Travis and the Shake It Off singer runs deep, and she continued picking the duo over other celebrity couples, even citing a “personal bond” she felt with Travis after their interaction.
However, there was one couple Olivia couldn’t resist choosing over the famous NFL and pop star pair — herself and her boyfriend, Paul Skenes. The 22-year-old pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates confirmed their relationship in August 2023 during an interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Paul shared that the couple met in a “small-world type of thing” when his roommate at LSU was dating Olivia’s roommate. Their romance sparked rumors after Olivia was seen wearing his jersey at the College World Series in June 2023. She even posted a TikTok showing off her support.
By July, their relationship went red carpet official when Olivia accompanied Paul to MLB’s 94th All-Star Game in Texas. The gymnast documented the outing on Instagram, sharing adorable photos of the couple along with a playful caption: “Paul-Star game highlights⭐️🤠.”
With a tight bond to both her beau and her favorite power couple, Olivia proves she’s got a heart full of love for the people in her life.
