Diddy Faces Shocking New Abuse Allegations: 9-Year-Old Among Accusers
Sean “Diddy” Combs is at the center of a disturbing new legal battle, as over 120 people have come forward accusing the music mogul of sexual abuse and assault. Among the accusers is a 9-year-old boy, according to Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who revealed these explosive claims during a press conference on October 1st.
Tony shared that the young boy was allegedly abused at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City, where he had auditioned in hopes of landing a record deal. “Other boys were there to audition as well,” Buzbee said, adding, ““All of them were trying to land a record deal. All of them were minors. This individual [the 9-year-old] was sexually abused, allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio with the promise to both his parents and himself of getting a record deal.”
This 9-year-old boy is just one of 25 minors who are among the 120 accusers represented by Buzbee’s law firm and the AVA Law Group. Buzbee stated that lawsuits will be filed in various states within the next 30 days, detailing incidents that allegedly occurred over the span of three decades — from 1991 to 2024 — in locations like Los Angeles, Miami, Manhattan, and the Hamptons.
The accusations are not limited to the studio. Many of the alleged victims claim they were abused at some of Diddy’s high-profile parties, including album release events, New Year’s Eve parties, and what have been called “all white parties” and “puppy parties.” These gatherings were often seen as exclusive, star-studded affairs, but now, they are at the heart of this deeply troubling scandal.
The lawsuit also alleges that some of the victims were drugged with Xylazine, a powerful sedative also known as “tranq.” Tony pointed out that over 55% of the accusers had reported their experiences to authorities or hospitals at the time.
Diddy’s legal team is fiercely denying the claims. Erica Wolff, Combs’ attorney, issued a statement saying, “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
These fresh allegations come on the heels of Diddy’s previous legal troubles. In September, he was charged with federal racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Prosecutors allege that Diddy led a criminal enterprise that engaged in illegal activities such as forced labor, kidnapping, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
Although Diddy has pleaded not guilty to these charges, he remains in custody and has been denied bail twice. With the recent flood of allegations and upcoming lawsuits, the case against the 54-year-old Bad Boy Records founder is growing increasingly complex and serious.
