Former Security Guard Shares Story Of Assault At Diddy’s Hamptons Party
A man accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault has spoken out publicly for the first time, recounting a traumatic experience that allegedly occurred at one of the music mogul’s famed White Parties in the Hamptons.
Identified as “John Doe,” the accuser filed a lawsuit in October alleging that he was assaulted by Diddy in 2007 while working as a security guard. In an emotional interview with CNN, the man, whose identity was shielded through distorted audio and a concealed face, detailed his story.
John Doe claimed that Diddy initially came across as “incredibly friendly and gracious” when they met at the event. However, after accepting two drinks from the star, he began to feel strange.
“The first drink started to have some effect, and I just thought, Ah these are really strong drinks,’” he shared, adding, “It wasn’t until the second drink and it was already too late that I realized there was something wrong with the drinks.”
According to the complaint, John Doe believes the drinks were laced with GHB and ecstasy. Saying that it felt like he had consumed 15 drinks, he recalled, “I wasn’t able to stand…It was just an amazing level of incapacitation that I had never experienced before and I felt powerless.”
The man alleged that Diddy took advantage of his vulnerable state. He described being forcibly pushed into an SUV, where the rapper restrained him and committed the assault. “I was screaming. I was telling him to stop,” he said. “It was incredibly painful. He acted like it was nothing, completely disconnected.”
Adding to the horror, John Doe said a high-profile individual witnessed the incident and found it “amusing,” though he did not name the person.
The aftermath of the alleged attack was devastating. John Doe reported the incident to his supervisor but claims it was dismissed. “He just dismissed it and said, ‘I’ll talk to [Diddy].’ After that, he didn’t talk to me again … I had to find a different field,” he said.
John Doe revealed that he didn’t even tell his then-wife about the incident due to the shame he felt. Over the years, the trauma has deeply impacted his life. “Nothing could give me back the person I was before that evening,” he shared with CNN, adding, “The full gravity of it lives with me to this day. It affects every single thing you do for the rest of your life.”
The lawsuit is one of several filed in October by attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents over 100 individuals accusing Diddy of sexual misconduct. Diddy has denied all allegations through his legal team, who have pointed to inconsistencies in the case, including a discrepancy about the date of the alleged assault.
In response, Diddy’s representatives stated, “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.”
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman,” the representatives added.
The allegations against Diddy have drawn scrutiny of Tony, with claims from other cases suggesting he pressured clients to file false allegations. Tony has dismissed these accusations as “patently ridiculous.”
With his trial scheduled for May 2025, Diddy is currently awaiting trial for unrelated charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering.
