Tom Welling, best known for playing Clark Kent in Smallville, was arrested in Northern California for allegedly driving under the influence. The 47-year-old actor was taken into custody shortly after midnight in the parking lot of an Arby’s restaurant in Yreka, with police records showing his blood alcohol level was at or above 0.08 percent. He has since been released after being cited for the violation.
