Cynthia Bailey Finally Confirms Her Mystery Man — And Why She Kept It Private
Cynthia Bailey is officially off the market! The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been quietly dating Amsterdam-based musician LePrince for nearly a year, and now, she’s finally opening up about their romance.
The 58-year-old reality star was spotted at Los Angeles International Airport on March 4, looking cozy with LePrince, 38, as they caught a flight back to Atlanta. The musician, who specializes in mixing reggae and electronic music, later confirmed to TMZ that he’s not just a singer but also a producer and DJ.
Shortly after, Cynthia confirmed the relationship herself, telling PEOPLE, “I’ve been dating talented Amsterdam-based Reggatronic Hard Dance musician LePrince for nearly a year.”
She explained why she’s kept this relationship low-key, saying, “We’ve chosen to keep our relationship off social media to focus on each other without outside distractions. We’ve traveled a lot together, including my trips to Amsterdam and Switzerland to see him perform. We’re happy and excited to see where our relationship goes!”
Back in November 2024, Cynthia teased her new romance during Bravo Fan Fest, revealing that she was dating someone younger. “I’m dating an amazing young guy from Amsterdam. I wasn’t looking for a young guy. He found me.”
Fans of RHOA may even get to see their love story unfold on screen, as Cynthia returns for season 16 in a friend role. She recently spoke about coming back to the show and admitted it felt “amazing” to be reunited with the cast.
“I feel like Atlanta was No. 1 for so long, and I felt like we slid down,” she shared at the Two Ts in a Pod live podcast event.
She further shared, “We were not where I think we should’ve been. It was fun to get back with the girls… There’s something to be said about bringing in some fresh blood and some of the old girls as well.”
She won’t be the only familiar face making a comeback — fan favorites Phaedra Parks and Porsha Williams are also returning. Porsha, in particular, has nothing but love for Cynthia, calling her “the best friend of the show.”
“I can not say enough about Cynthia Bailey,” Porsha gushed in January. “She came back as a friend this season, and she is literally the best friend of the show. We’ve had other people, but I felt like when she came back in, she genuinely was interested in what we had going on.”
“She’s that big sis. She wants to fix everything. She’s a confidant. I just love her,” Porsha continued.
