“Ghost Adventures Star Aaron Goodwin Files For Divorce After Wife’s Alleged Murder Plot

Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin has officially filed for divorce after his wife, Victoria Goodwin, was accused of attempting to hire someone to murder him. Court records from Clark County, Nevada, show that Aaron, 48, filed the complaint on March 12, asking for a clean split with no alimony awarded to either party.
In the complaint, Aaron stated that he and Victoria, 32, have become “incompatible to the extent that it has become impossible for them to live together as husband and wife in marital harmony.” He also requested that his separate assets and debts remain solely his and asked for reimbursement of his legal fees. “There is no possibility of reconciliation between husband and wife,” the filing claimed.
Aaron and Victoria got married in August 2022, celebrating their wedding at Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion. However, in his filing, Aaron listed their official marriage date as May 4, 2020, which was their original wedding date before plans changed.
The shocking legal move came just days after Victoria was arrested on March 6. According to inmate records in Clark County, she was charged with soliciting to commit murder and conspiring to commit murder. She remains in custody on a $100,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing set for March 25.
A police report obtained by TMZ revealed that investigators found messages Victoria allegedly sent to an inmate in a Florida prison, discussing plans to have Aaron killed. She is accused of giving the inmate details about Aaron’s location and the filming schedule for his show, allegedly setting aside $11,500 as payment for the murder. The report also claims that she discussed an upfront payment of $2,500.
One of the alleged messages reportedly read, “Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce.”
Authorities discovered the messages after corrections officers confiscated a smuggled phone from the inmate. However, Victoria has denied plotting to have Aaron killed, claiming she was simply fantasizing about being without him, according to TMZ.
