Post Malone Falls Again Onstage

Post Malone might be leading the race for the most stage tumbles in music history, but fans love him even more for it. During his concert in Glendale, Arizona, on June 22, Post (whose real name is Austin Richard Post) was giving fans all the vibes as he strolled down the catwalk singing his new duet with Blake Shelton, Somebody Pour Me a Drink. But as he raised his cup to toast a fan recording the moment, the stage had other plans, as a section gave way and the 29-year-old artist went tumbling forward.
The fan later posted the clip on TikTok with a sweet apology: “I am SO sorry Austin. I love you! Such an amazing show ❤️.” And fans rushed to the comments to make sure he was okay — because let’s face it, watching Post fall is always scary and oddly frequent.
Surprisingly, or maybe not-so-surprisingly if you know Post, he bounced back up and kept performing like nothing happened. The show didn’t miss a beat, and his Big Ass Stadium Tour rolled on like the legend himself.
This isn’t Post’s first date with gravity. In 2022, he dramatically fell into a trap door during a show in St. Louis. He slammed his chest, got bruised ribs, and still finished the concert after a short hospital visit and some pain meds. He even promised fans he’d return to make up for any songs they missed that night.
Then in Boston, the pain caught up with him. Post had to postpone the show after waking up in agony. According to him, he felt “a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move and breathing had become a serious challenge.
As if that weren’t enough, in October of the same year, he rolled his ankle mid-performance in Atlanta. Blame the high-tech holes in the stage that shoot fire. “Pretty badass,” he said — before admitting he messed up his ankle stepping in one.
“So if my dance moves aren’t 100%, you’ve gotta forgive me tonight, ladies and gentlemen. I’mma do my best,” he told the crowd with that signature humble Posty charm.
Right now, Post is finishing up his Big Ass Stadium Tour with Jelly Roll. The duo, who teamed up for “Losers” on Post’s new F-1 Trillion album, kicked off the tour in Salt Lake City and have hit major cities like New York, Las Vegas, Dallas, and Toronto.
Their final U.S. show is set for July 1 at Oracle Park in San Francisco. Hopefully, the stage there doesn’t try to take him down one last time.
