Love and rivalry are two words that best describe Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber, and the drama between the two was all due to Justin Bieber—Hailey’s husband and Selena’s ex-boyfriend.

But the recent picture of the two beautiful ladies together got the internet asking if there was really bad blood between the two. Their recent photo at the second annual gala at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures last Saturday evening appears to have quashed the conflict between the two—if there was any in the first place.

This comes just two weeks after Hailey denied the allegations that she stole her pop star husband from Selena. The interaction between the two ladies appeared amicable and sincere, as they exchanged smiles and even sat close together.

The Vogue model was seen sitting next to the Lose You to Love Me singer, with Selena even placing her hand on Hailey’s leg in one picture. There were also a couple of shots that captured moments of the two hugging each other, which indicates no resentment from both sides.

Hailey and Selena have been publicly pitted against each other because of their current and former relationship, respectively, with the 30-year-old Justin. Their mutual decision to be photographed as a duo is intended to stop rumors and speculations that there are bad feelings between them.

One of the insiders observed how the two ladies were super chill and natural in each other’s company. It was not staged, and there were no signs of awkwardness. A significant factor in this is that both women have moved on, matured, and allowed themselves to find peace and happiness.
