Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian clan, has revealed that she discovered Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s pregnancy announcement along with the rest of the world. The revelation took place on the latest episode of “The Kardashians,” leaving Kris Jenner, at 68, completely unaware of the plan until the teaser for the season finale, airing next week.
When producers inquired about their thoughts on Kourtney’s reveal, Khloé Kardashian said, “She found out on the news, my mom. She wasn’t very happy.”
Kris, not mincing her words, responded, “She forgot she had a family.” The scene then transitions to Kourtney giving her mom a mere 24-hour notice of her upcoming sex reveal party.
“That’s so Kourtney,” Kris muttered, clearly unenthusiastic about the surprise.
In an exclusive report by PEOPLE, the birth certificate confirms that Kourtney, 44, and Travis Barker, the 47-year-old Blink-182 drummer, have named their newborn son Rocky Thirteen Barker. Kourtney already has a full house, being the mother of daughter Penelope Scotland, 11, and sons Reign Aston, 8, and Mason Dash, 13, from her previous relationship with Scott Disick. On the other hand, Barker shares daughter Alabama Luella and son Landon, 19, in addition to stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler.
The couple celebrated the impending arrival of their bundle of joy with a Disneyland-themed baby shower, where Disney magic surrounded the event. Amid the festivities, a particular photo from the celebration went viral on social media. The snapshot revealed an apple tree decoration with a sign that read “Wishing Tree.” The apple, often seen as a symbol of knowledge, invited guests to share their wishes and advice for Baby Barker.

Keen-eyed fans zoomed in on photos of the Wishing Tree and managed to decipher some of the messages, including one that hinted at the baby’s name. Though the note was only partially visible, it appeared to read, “May Baby Rocky have the most… life filled with love, happiness…,” offering a glimpse into the couple’s choice of name for their son.
