A$AP Rocky Dodges Question On Whether He And Rihanna Are Married
A$AP Rocky is keeping fans guessing about his relationship status with Rihanna and he seems to be enjoying it. In a new chat with Elle, the rapper was asked whether he looks forward to becoming a husband. His response? “How you know I’m not already a husband?”
The rapper laughed before adding, “I’m still not gonna confirm it,” leaving the marriage rumors swirling.
Rocky, 36, and Rihanna, 37, have been together since 2020 and already share two sons, 3-year-old RZA and 2-year-old Riot. Baby number three is on the way, and this time, Rocky is openly hoping for a daughter. “I hope it’s a girl. I really do. We’re praying for a girl,” he said.
He added, “Our first time, we wanted to know the sex of the baby. The second time, we didn’t want to know. Third time, we don’t want to know until, you know… I feel like it’s going to be a girl. This pregnancy is so different from the other two. You can tell from the experience. I hope it’s a baby girl, man. I need that.”
While the couple are two of the most recognizable stars in the world, Rocky insists that at home, it is not about music or fashion empires. “When you come home, it’s about family. It’s about your relationship. It’s about your household. It ain’t about all that other s—,” he said.
The pair’s love story has been unfolding in public for years. PEOPLE confirmed their romance in late 2020 after months of speculation. A year later, Rocky called Rihanna “the love of my life” and “the one” in a GQ cover story, gushing, “So much better when you got ‘the one.’”
“She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know. She’s the one,” he added.
