Adele And Rich Paul Are Engaged And Heading To The Altar As Singer Shows Off Her Diamond Engagement Ring At A Las Vegas Show
According to information from a “very reliable source” given to online gossip site Deux Moi, Adele and Rich Paul have been engaged for over a year and are getting married this Summer.
Following the rumor of their engagement, a diamond ring was spotted on the wedding finger of the 34-year-old Hello crooner while performing at her latest Las Vegas show this weekend. It’s the same ring the singer has had on her finger since she was first spotted wearing it at the 2022 BRIT awards.
Even though the source says the couple will be getting married this Summer, both parties have yet to confirm their rumored engagement. The Grammy-winning singer, who prefers keeping her personal life private, made their relationship public in 2021 after Deux Moi first broke the news.
The vocalist’s relationship with Rich came a few years after her divorce from ex-husband Simon Konecki, with whom she shares her 10-year-old son, Angelo.
During her ELLE UK interview in August for the ELLE October 2022 issue, the superstar did not mention the engagement, which the source states happened last year. Rather, she tells ELLE, “I’m just in looooove! I’m happy as I’ll ever be. I might as well be married.”
Answering the question concerning the diamond ring on her wedding ring finger, she says, “I’m not engaged. I just love high-end jewelry, boy!”
The singer reassures the publication of her interest to remarry and channels other responses towards gushing over her sports beau.
“I’ve never been in love like this,” she tells ELLE.
Adele and Rich first got together at the dancefloor of a mutual friend’s party and later reconnected in June 2021. Later in September 2021, the Easy On Me hitmaker and multi-millionaire sports agent made their relationship Instagram official, a few months before the release of her latest album, 30.
She spoke to Rolling Stone in 2021 about the early days of her relationship with the celebrity sports agent. In her words: “I didn’t really tell many of my friends at the beginning because I wanted to keep it to myself.”
In May 2022, the pair moved in together and have been spotted attending several public events together. At the 2023 Grammys, Adele dedicated her Pop Solo Performance award to Rich (who was present) and her son Angelo, saying, “I just want to dedicate this to my son Angelo…oh, God. Rich, he said, ‘don’t cry. If you win anything tonight, don’t cry.’ And here I am crying.”
