Britney Spears Feels Bitter And Neglected That Her Husband Is Prioritizing His Career

For months now, Pop Princess Britney Spears and husband Sam Asghari’s marriage has been front and center about being on the rocks, and now, it has emerged that the singer has feelings of resentment towards her husband given that Sam has lately been prioritizing his growing acting career.

An insider revealed that Britney feels that Sam has been putting his work before her, which is not making her happy.

According to a close source, 41-year-old Britney’s annoyance has constantly been growing because her 29-year-old husband’s schedule has been so busy lately. As a result, she has been left at home for most days while Sam lives a more exciting life of traveling as part of expanding his horizons for his job.

The same insider mentioned, “Sam has been out of town a lot because he has been on location filming outside of L.A., and it does cause issues because Britney does not like being alone.”

It needs to be clarified, though, that Britney has been and is supportive of her husband’s career, but there’s also this side of her that knows if it weren’t for her, Sam’s career wouldn’t have even taken off, and basically, she is the reason why Sam has a job in the first place.

Recall that after Sam had a short stint in Britney’s music video, he soon started receiving parts on other projects. He was also very open about breaking into Hollywood and becoming an actor.

But despite the couple going through a significant rough time in their marriage, divorce was never considered. The two are also reported to be undergoing marriage counseling, indicating they are willing to put more effort into their marriage and work things out.

Additionally, the insider wants to set the record straight about the recent reports that Britney has become physically violent with her husband during some of their fights. 

The rumors about Britney being physically violent became the talk among social media portals, and it was even alleged that security had to step in and break the two apart on top of the screaming matches. There is no truth to this because Britney has never been a violent person.

It was also reported that Sam is not the kind of person who will jump off the ship at the sign of the slightest trouble. Before marrying Britney, he knew what she had been through, and he also feels lucky that he has her as his wife.

Britney and Sam started their romance in 2016, and during that year, the Baby One More Time hitmaker was still locked under her 70-year-old dad Jamie Spear’s 13-year conservatorship.

In November 2021, Britney finally got back her freedom when a Los Angeles judge terminated the conservatorship. This was the first time in 13 years that the singer could control her life, including her finances. This controversial conservatorship caused a significant rift and irreparable damage between Britney and her family, and Britney is set to discuss more about it in her upcoming autobiography.

And with Britney finding her freedom, she could make decisions for the first time for herself, and marrying Sam was one of the major ones she made. And despite having severed ties with her family, she earned herself a new one with Sam’s family.

Sources say that Britney has grown closer to her mother-in-law as well as to Sam’s two sisters, Fay and Maddie, who Sam is close to.
