Britney Spears Shouts Out Her Favorite Pretty Girls On Instagram
Britney Spears, 42, took to her Instagram Stories on October 15, to give some love to the women who inspire her and make her smile. In a series of posts, the pop icon shared how much she admires a few female superstars, calling them her “crazy girl crushes.”
Britney began by praising Baywatch legend Pamela Anderson, calling her “a classic babe” and adding, “She seems so sweet!!!”
Then, she mentioned how much she adores actress Natalie Portman. Britney revealed a personal connection, saying, “…I feel like she’s the coolest person I ever met.”
According to the Lucky singer, she met her outside with her dog in New York, and they “had the same shirt on!!!”
The admiration didn’t stop there. The Circus singer confessed she’s a huge fan of pop star Camila Cabello, saying, “…she’s so darn pretty and she makes me giggle out loud!!!”
Britney even admitted she wished she was more like Camila, noting how much she loves her “sweet and kooky” personality. “…I think it’s healthy to be silly,” Britney added, with a touch of envy.
She then couldn’t resist complimenting supermodel Kendall Jenner, playfully asking, “Is it even normal to be that pretty ???”
Britney also gave a heartfelt shout-out to her “literally gorgeous” friends, Selena Gomez and Drew Barrymore. Both women were at Britney’s wedding in 2022, where they shared an unforgettable moment dancing to Vogue with none other than Madonna herself.
Beyond the celebrity shout-outs, Britney reflected on the evolution of friendships. “Let’s talk about how your other half growing up is usually your best friend,” she wrote.
She reminisced about how close childhood friends often act like twins, finishing each other’s sentences and even mimicking each other’s mannerisms. But as life goes on, she noted, people “get married and grow up and live worlds apart!!!” She summed it up simply: “It’s called life!!!”
The Grammy-winning singer opened up about how her friendships have changed over the years. “I have girlfriends I hang out with every now and then, but it’s not the same as when we were younger!!!” she wrote. And in a candid moment, she admitted she had no idea why she was writing about this.
Britney shared that she’s been busy working on her novel and learning more about herself during this time. Yet, she couldn’t help but miss “being silly with the girls!!!”
