Christina Haack Removes Another Tattoo Tied To Estranged Husband Josh Hall
Christina Haack, formerly known as Christina Hall, has made another step in moving on from her past with estranged husband, Josh Hall. On January 21, the 41-year-old HGTV star shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram that showed her getting an infinity symbol tattoo removed from her wrist.
As the laser machine worked to erase the ink, Sabrina Carpenter’s song Feather, which is about cutting ties with a toxic ex, played in the background. Christina captioned the video, “4th times a charm (when it comes to tattoo removal) Burns so good ✌🏻Thank you @jonathanzelkenmd for always taking great care of me. ❤️”
This tattoo removal comes just a month after Christina shared another update about almost completing the removal of a tattoo she had on her left ring finger. The tattoo was a mark of her secret wedding to Josh Hall in October 2021. Their marriage, which was kept private until Christina confirmed it in April 2022, lasted nearly three years. The two filed for divorce in July 2024, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Before the split, Christina and Josh filmed episodes for The Flip Off, a home renovation series. The show originally planned for the ex-couples to compete against Christina’s first husband, Tarek El Moussa, and Josh’s new wife, Heather El Moussa. Despite the breakup, HGTV has not clarified Josh’s involvement in future episodes, though new promotional photos for the series released in December 2024 show he has been removed.
Christina seems to be embracing new beginnings, as earlier this month, she was spotted with Christopher Larocca, the CEO and president of Network Connex. The two were seen together at LAX on January 14. Meanwhile, Josh has also moved on, recently going public with his new relationship with model Stephanie Gabrys. A source told PEOPLE that he and Stephanie are a “perfect match” and have been happily dating for some time.
