Denise Richards Credits OnlyFans For Career Boost, Calls It Empowering

Denise Richards is making waves on OnlyFans, and she’s loving every moment of it. The 54-year-old actress, who joined the subscription-based platform in 2022, has found unexpected success that’s given her career a surprising boost. Despite her initial concerns about losing acting roles, Denise discovered that being on OnlyFans actually brought her more opportunities — roles where she’s often cast as the trophy wife or the seductive character.

“When I joined OnlyFans, I was very concerned that I possibly could lose some jobs, but it was the opposite,” she admitted. “I got more offers.” 

Denise, who ranks in the top 1% of creators on the platform, says the experience has been empowering, especially at her age. “It’s very empowering, especially for someone my age, that people still want to see me that way.”

While preparing for a photoshoot on a recent episode of Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, the actress credited her husband for his support. She shared how he helps her decide which photos to post, saying, “He’s so supportive. He knows what men love, and he’ll go through all the photos and say, ‘This is good. Do this. This is what guys like.’”

For Denise, OnlyFans is more than just a platform for racy photos — it’s a way to connect with fans. “People think that I’m just doing whatever — that’s not true,” she explained. “I actually look at it as a way of communicating with fans, and not the way that you’re thinking.”

However, her 20-year-old daughter, Sami Sheen, has faced a different reality. Sami, who joined OnlyFans before her mom, revealed how her presence on the platform has made it difficult to be taken seriously by modeling agencies. “I’ve met with a couple of agencies, and they don’t like that I do OnlyFans,” Sami vented. “It’s so frustrating because it’s like, that’s how I pay my rent. If you’ll take me seriously, I won’t have to do it anymore.”

Denise didn’t hold back on calling out the double standard. “That’s the shame of it. Why judge based on them trying to make a living while they’re trying to pursue their career?” she remarked.

Despite the setbacks, Denise is fiercely proud of her daughter. “I really am so proud of Sami. I wish I had her f—— balls when I was her age,” she admitted. Sami, ever cheeky, responded with a grin, “Well, look who my f—— family is. You guys are crazy, in a good way!”
