Gisele Bündchen Gives Away Kitchen Appliances As The $11.5M Revamp Of Her Miami Beach Home Is Underway
After turning single again, supermodel and supermom Gisele Bündchen has her hands full as she has started planning how to renovate her newest home. Recall that she purchased an $11.5 million home to start fresh after her divorce from her ex-husband, Tom Brady was finalized.
Her new 6,600-square foot, 5-bedroom Miami Beach home became Gisele’s last October 6, weeks before the finalization of their divorce. What’s surprising is the location of her new home is almost directly across NFL superstar Tom’s house, which is also being overhauled on Indian Creek Island.
The 42-year-old Gisele recently met high-end designer Constanza Collarte at her new property last Monday, and they were captured in deep discussion, most likely about how Gisele wants her new place to be. Her mansion already has a gym, a home theater, and a pool.
Gisele was seen pointing at several areas of her house, possibly sharing her vision and the possible changes she wants in her new home. At one point, Gisele was also seen handing out an appliance, a toaster oven, to a man who seemed to be a friend of Joaquim Valente, her Brazilian fitness trainer and one she was rumored to be going out with.
The Vogue cover girl and her NFL quarterback ex-husband called it quits last October 28—finally ending their 13-year marriage.
Reportedly Gisele first took an interest in this property last August 16 and had a viewing that day. This was a few days before Tom took an 11-day leave from NFL practice. This break was understood to be the quarterback’s final attempt to resolve their differences and hopefully save their marriage.
But with Gisele actively looking for a new property, it was clear that the model had already made up her mind and that she was done with their marriage, set on moving on with her children without Tom.
A source close to the ex-couple mentioned that you could swim across from Gisele’s new place to Tom’s home. Not that they would do that, but both massive houses have docks, making it ideal for their co-parenting plans. The children have their parents within easy access since they live close to one another.
Right now, the main priority for both newly single individuals is their children—Vivian, 9, and Benjamin, 12.
Tom plans to stay at his Indian Creek Country Club, a home intended to be the couple’s family home before the divorce. The area is nicknamed the “Billionaire’s Bunker” because plenty of high-rollers and celebrities live in the vicinity, like Jared Kushner and previous first daughter Ivanka Trump.
Tom’s new $17-million bachelor’s mansion is still undergoing renovations and is likely to go through more changes to suit Tom’s taste and preferences.
With the massive changes to their family, Tom and Gisele’s representatives have asked for privacy as they process them and move on with their lives.
