Gisele Bündchen Upset Over Netflix Roast Jokes About Her And Tom Brady

In the recent Netflix special, The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, friends and former teammates of Tom Brady, including celebrities like Kevin Hart and Kim Kardashian, delivered a series of jokes that didn’t sit well with Gisele Bündchen, Tom’s ex-wife. According to a source, Gisele expressed her disappointment over the portrayal of her family during the show, which aired live from the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.

According to the source, Gisele is “deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family on Sunday evening’s roast show.”

The 43-year-old model and mother of two found the content irresponsible, especially as it affected her children, Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10, whom she shares with Tom.

“As always, [Bündchen’s] priority is to support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcasted,” the source said.

During the roast, Kevin Hart made light of Gisele’s new relationship with her jiu-jitsu coach, Joaquim Valente. Comedian Nikki Glaser also took a dig at the couple’s divorce, joking about the number of championship rings Tom has compared to their marriage ring. 

“You have seven rings. Well, eight now that Gisele gave hers back,” Nikki said. 

Former teammates Drew Bledsoe and Julian Edelman joined in with their own quips about the couple’s past.

Apart from dealing with these public jokes, Gisele has been actively involved in charitable efforts back in her home state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The area recently faced the worst flooding in its history, prompting Gisele to support the relief efforts. Just a day before the roast, she had shared details on Instagram about how her followers could contribute to the recovery efforts through the brazilfoundation.org’s Light Alliance Emergency Fund.

Finding out that her life was being made into a joke after her efforts to help the families affected by the flood was disappointing to thee actress, according to the source, who stated, “This past week, Gisele has been tirelessly dedicated to aiding those in need in her home state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, which is grappling with the worst flooding in its history. She was concerned about family affected by the devastating floods, so to hear her life being joked about was very disappointing.”
