Halsey Announces 2025 Tour With A Wildly Theatrical Twist

Halsey is ready to take center stage once again! The alt-pop star just announced her 2025 For My Last Trick tour, a massive 32-city journey across North America. She shared the news in a hilarious Instagram Reel, where she arrived at her own “funeral” in a blue wig and curlers. Playing along with the theme, her assistant — played by comedian Delaney Rowe — welcomed her to the unconventional set.
In the video, Halsey jokingly commented, “I always said I’d be buried in this wig, figured I probably should be.”
When shown two black suits as options, she dismissed them before greeting her hairstylist Marty Harper. The playful scene continued as Rowe informed her that only two of the Jonas Brothers could attend. Halsey immediately responded, “Oh, Joe cannot come, honey,” and Rowe agreed, “Reading my mind.”
The humor didn’t stop there. A young choir singer was introduced, and after hearing him sing Hallelujah, Halsey had a new request: “Lose the kid — it’s way too sad.”
Finally, she was led to a beautifully decorated black coffin surrounded by colorful flowers. “Oh my God! It’s perfect. It’s exactly how I pictured it,” she said, seemingly satisfied with the dramatic setup.
But the funeral didn’t last long. Just as Halsey was taking in the scene, she got a phone call informing her that the whole thing was canceled. “Hello? I’m kind of busy. What do you mean it’s not happening? What am I gonna do with all this stuff?” she yelled, revealing that the whole spectacle was actually a promo for her tour.
“My funeral was canceled, so I’m taking the show on the road instead,” she wrote in the caption, inviting fans to sign up for presale access.
The For My Last Trick tour, produced by Live Nation, kicks off on May 10 in Concord, California, and travels to major cities including Los Angeles, Nashville, Chicago, and Toronto before wrapping up on July 6 in Highland, California. The tour will also feature an impressive lineup of special guests such as Del Water Gap, Evanescence, The Warning, Alvvays, Sir Chloe, Hope Tala, Royel Otis, Magdalena Bay, Flowerovlove, and Alemeda, appearing on select dates.
Halsey’s latest album, The Great Impersonator, was released in October 2024. The deeply personal 18-track project explores the tension between fame and identity, inspired by her battle with chronic illness. In 2022, she revealed she had been diagnosed with lupus SLE and a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder, making her new music and upcoming tour even more meaningful.
