Hugh Jackman Shares Christmas Morning Adventure Getting In ‘Trouble’ At Rockefeller Center
Hugh Jackman took to Instagram to share his delightful Christmas morning experience in the heart of New York City. As he ventured to see the iconic Rockefeller Christmas tree, he encountered a minor adventure that left him with a memorable holiday tale.
Hugh, in high spirits, posted videos and photos of his visit, starting with a short clip of his entrance into the bustling plaza. His excitement was palpable as he turned towards the camera, arms outstretched, wearing a wide smile in front of the resplendent tree.
In his caption, the 55-year-old actor warmly recommended, “I highly recommend getting up really early on Christmas morning and taking a walk to see the Rockefeller Christmas tree. It’s so beautiful and not crowded at all.”
However, in the spirit of honesty, he confessed, “I did get in trouble for going beyond the barrier but the security guard was nice and let me go with just a warning.”
Just the day before Christmas, Hugh shared another moment of holiday cheer, posing with yet another Christmas tree and extending warm wishes to his followers with a heartfelt “Merry Christmas Eve!”
This holiday season holds a special significance for the Logan actor, as he amicably parted ways with his wife, Deborra-lee, back in September. Despite the separation, they came together to celebrate his 55th birthday at Ralph Lauren’s Polo Bar in the heart of New York City in October, exemplifying the enduring bonds of friendship and family.
In recent times, Hugh has been spotted frequently alongside his close friend and Deadpool co-star, Ryan Reynolds, on morning walks around the city. The walks sometimes include the company of Reynolds’ wife, Blake Lively. The trio also made a memorable appearance at a Kansas City Chiefs game against the New York Jets at the MetLife Stadium, joined by Taylor Swift in early October.
Fans of the Marvel universe have something to look forward to, as Hugh and Ryan are set to reprise their iconic roles as Wolverine and Deadpool in an eagerly anticipated superhero sequel. Filming was underway before Hollywood actors went on strike in July, leaving fans excited for what’s to come.
Shawn Levy, the director of the film, shared insights about the close bond between the two actors during an interview at the Toronto International Film Festival in September, emphasizing the authenticity of their bromance. “It’s f—ing real. The guys love each other almost as much as Ryan Reynolds and I love each other — because that bromance is a tale for all time,” Shawn stated.
