Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Finally Land Their Dream Home In Escrow For $34.5 Million
Lovebirds Jennifer Lopez, 53, and Ben Affleck, 50, have finally gotten their hands on their dream home in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, nearly two years since they started house hunting.
Their “Hamptons-style traditional” new home, which was listed in the market for $34.5 million, comes equipped with seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a screening room, a gym, a pool, a wine cellar, a health spa, a jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, and a “sun-filled dining room with fireplace,” according to its listing on Zillow.
The couple was spotted taking a tour of their new home with their teenage children from their previous marriages. Present with them were Ben’s 14-year-old daughter; Seraphina, Ben’s mother; Chris, and JLo’s twins; Emme and Maximilian, 14.
During the tour, the Gone Baby Gone actor used his professional camera equipment to capture memories with their children as they skated. The pair and their children all looked happy as they seemed to be spending quality time touring their new home.
Before buying a new home, the family planned to upgrade Jlo’s home as their family home. However, it appears that plans changed, and that home in Bel Air is currently listed for $42.5 million.
The couple’s home search, which led them to look at properties as high as $85 million, began before they married last July. After they tied the knot in August, Ben sold his Pacific Palisades mansion for $29,995,000. He reportedly bought the home in 2018 for $19.2 million to stay closer to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, whose marriage with him ended in 2015.
The Marry Me actress and her new beau have finally found an awesome home to create new memories as they begin their fairytale married life with their blended family.
After 17 years of breaking off their first engagement, the love duo rekindled their romance in July 202, and exactly one year after, they tied the knot in Las Vegas.
Following their marriage, the Grammy-winning superstar wrote, “The truth is everyone’s story is different, and we all have our paths to travel. No two people are the same. But for us, this was perfect timing. Nothing ever felt more right to me, and I knew we were finally ‘settling down’ in a way you can only do when you understand loss and joy.”
Jlo and the Oscar-winning actor’s blended family include his three children; Violet, 17, Seraphina, 14, and Samuel, 10, and her twins with Marc Anthony; Emme, and Maximilian, 14.
