Kesha Thrilled To Release New Music: “I’ve Never Felt Happier”

In a recent interview with V Magazine, pop sensation Kesha expressed her joy and excitement as she embarked on a fresh chapter in her career. Just two months after parting ways with record labels Kemosabe and RCA Records, as well as Vector Management, the 36-year-old singer shared her anticipation for the future.
With an air of optimism, Kesha hinted at her eagerness to release new music, stating, “I’ll say … to all my fans, all my animals, this has been a ride. I’ll say that there is a day — although I won’t say the day — but there is a day marked on my calendar when I am free to release music.”
The Praying singer elaborated further, revealing her current creative process: “So just know that she is out here in the woods writing and singing till four in the morning, ferociously. I am being a feral wild woman out here. So just know that.”
Reflecting on her journey, Kesha expressed profound contentment and purpose, emphasizing, “I’ll say this: I’ve never felt happier, more excited, more at peace and had such a purpose in my entire life.”
This newfound sense of fulfillment comes after the resolution of her legal dispute with producer Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald and her departure from his Kemosabe label.
Last year, Kesha reached an agreement with Lukasz to settle his defamation lawsuit, marking the end of a tumultuous legal battle. Addressing the settlement, Kesha stated, “Only God knows what happened that night. As I have always said, I cannot recount everything that happened. I am looking forward to closing the door on this chapter of my life and beginning a new one. I wish nothing but peace to all parties involved.”
Despite past challenges, Kesha remains focused on her music, teasing fans with hints of upcoming releases through DIY signage and social media posts. Her determination to forge ahead with her artistic endeavors underscores her resilience and unwavering passion for her craft.
Kesha has teased new music in recent months. Last month, she spotted a DIY signage reading, “NEW MUSIC COMING SOON!”
She also shared photos and videos from recording studio sessions on social media hinting that she might be working on something new.
In February, the Die Young hitmaker teased new music alongside Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade holding a handmade sign that read, “Freedom I’ve been waiting for you.”
The words on the sign were part of the lyrics of the song, according to Kesha.
