Kourtney Kardashian And Travis Barker Are Pregnant! Soon-To-Be Parents Are Ecstatic After The IVF Struggle
Kourtney Kardashian and her husband, Travis Barker, were over the moon as they shared some behind-the-scenes pictures of her very surprise pregnancy announcement at the Blink 182 concert. They did the big reveal at Los Angeles’ BMO Stadium.
An Instagram slideshow showed a snap of the 44-year-old reality star with her husband, tenderly kissing her baby bump while they were backstage. Recall that Kourtney stopped her IVF treatments in February 2022.
The producer and star captioned her post, “Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan.”
While revealing the surprise news, Kourtney, who was styled by Chris B. Kim, was wearing a mesh black bodysuit, revealing her bra. She coupled it with a pair of black leather trousers.
One of the black-and-white shops of the couple showcases the Poosh founder writing a sign with a black marker that says, “Travis, I’m pregnant.” Kourtney’s 275 million followers celebrated the news, with many leaving congratulatory comments and good wishes.
As she held up her poster, Kourtney was with family, including her daughter Penelope Disick, her niece North West, and her stepdaughter Alabama Luella Barker. The way Kourtney announced her pregnancy was partly inspired by the music video for Blink-182’s All the Small Things in 2012.
The 47-year-old Travis, the band’s drummer, appeared not to know the news of him being a father again as he was recorded jumping into the VIP area where his wife was embracing him.
Travis pretending not to know the pregnancy appeared to be part of a gimmick because his second ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, who holds the title of Miss USA 1995, confirmed through Instagram that she has been aware of Kourtney’s pregnancy for some time now.
Shanna also revealed that she was in the audience that night to watch and support Landon Asher, her 19-year-old son with Travis, who opened the show for the band. Also part of the audience was their youngest daughter, 17-year-old Alabama, who took part when Kourtney did her big reveal.
The half-Armenian Kourtney also has another stepdaughter, 24-year-old Atiana De La Hoya, from Shanna and Travis’ three years of marriage. The two officially called it quits in 2015.
Kourtney and Travis have been married for 14 months, with the couple famously tying the knot in three separate ceremonies dated April 4, March 15, and May 22. The two dated for 16 months before saying, “I do.”
It was reported that Kourtney’s rift with Kim Kardashian broadened because the mother-of-three felt that her sister was trying to monetize her marriage. Among the Kardashian-Jenner sisters, Kourtney and Kendall are the ones least interested in their lives being publicized.
Today, Kourtney serves as one of the executive producers of her family’s reality show on Hulu, which is currently in its third season. Aside from this, the entrepreneur is also busy managing her company, Lemme, and her lifestyle website, Poosh.
On the other hand, Travis is busy with their band’s world tour, which boasts 93 dates. He is expected to be touring for the entire year.
