“My Heart Is Grown In Three Sizes Today”: Jennifer Love Hewitt Celebrates 44th Birthday, Reflects On Being “Insecure About Aging”
Jennifer Love Hewitt celebrated her 44th birthday on February 21, as she shared make-up-free selfies that show off her natural beauty on Instagram.
Congratulating herself on turning another year, the I Know What You Did Last Summer actress reflects on growing older and the struggles that come with the aging process. In her Instagram post, the actress wrote, “Woke up at 4 am and was 44! I am deeply grateful, blessed, happy, sometimes insecure about aging, a mom of three incredible babies, married to the most handsome and awesome man, and really excited to see what this year has for us.”
The Criminal Minds star acknowledged her late mom, who died of cancer at 67 in 2012, saying, “Thank you, mom, for giving me life. I miss you so much.”
She also revealed that her 7- year-old son, Atticus “got up way too early and sang me happy birthday! My heart melted.”
The actress posted a filtered picture of her with long grey hair on her Instagram story with the caption? “I’M 44 TODAY! NEVER FELT BETTER!”
The post featured several birthday gifts and balloons she got for her 44th and a white birthday cake with “Happy Birthday Jennifer” written in pink cursive.
Later in the day, the 911 actress stated on her Instagram story, “My heart has grown in three sizes today,” equally admitting that cake makes her sick although it was delicious. The only thing that will help, she thinks, is champagne.
When Jennifer isn’t on set working, she’s home with her husband, Brian Hallisay, and their three children — Autumn, Atticus, and Aidan. For her, family comes first, and she keeps pictures of children away from her social media page.
In October 2021, after having her third child, Aidan, the Texas-born actress took a “two-week break to reset.”
“Workouts, breathing, manifesting, time with my kids and husband. All of it,” she wrote on her Instagram page.
She also revealed that social media makes her feel bad sometimes. “Like I’m not enough. Doing enough. Getting my body back fast enough. Giving enough. All of it. I only share this for that one person or maybe more today who need time,” she wrote,
Jennifer and her husband Brian got married in 2013, the couple met on the set of the TV drama, The Client List, and in November 2022, they celebrated their 9th marriage anniversary. The actress posted their wedding day picture with the caption, “9 years of feeling so lucky to be yours. Happy Anniversary my love.”
