Sean “Diddy” Combs Faces New Allegations Of Abuse Against Employees

More troubling accusations have surfaced against Sean “Diddy” Combs as he remains behind bars.
The 55-year-old music mogul, who was arrested in September 2024, is facing serious charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. Now, a new indictment filed in the Southern District of New York on Thursday, March 6, claims that he also used physical violence and threats to control his employees.
According to the court documents, Diddy and his business associates allegedly forced employees to work long hours with little rest, using intimidation tactics such as physical force, psychological and financial harm, and threats to their reputations. Employees reportedly feared they would be harmed or lose their jobs if they did not comply with his demands.
One of the most disturbing allegations in the updated indictment states that Diddy used physical force and threats to make an employee engage in sexual acts with him.
Diddy is set to be arraigned on these new charges on March 14, while his trial is scheduled to begin on May 5.
His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, denies the accusations, stating, “Mr. Combs has said it before and will say it again: he vehemently denies the accusations made by the SDNY. He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will.”
Marc also insists that many of Diddy’s former employees stand by him, ready to speak in his defense.
These latest claims follow the initial indictment that was unsealed a day after Diddy’s arrest. Prosecutors allege that he orchestrated elaborate and highly produced sex performances, referred to as “freak offs,” where women were coerced into participating through a combination of drugs like cocaine, oxycodone, and ketamine, as well as his influence and intimidation.
His own employees — including security staff and personal assistants — were allegedly involved in making these events happen.
Since his arrest, Diddy has been held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. His legal team has attempted to secure bail three times, but each request has been denied.
