Suki Waterhouse and Robert Pattinson Are Having a Baby!
Suki Waterhouse and her boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, will soon embark on a new chapter of their lives as parents! The 31-year-old actress, singer, and songwriter confirmed her pregnancy during the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico City.
While the Daisy Jones & The Six actress wore a sparkling ensemble, she pushed back her pink fuzzy jacket and gestured toward her baby bump to the delight of the audience. She later quipped, “I thought I’d wear something sparkly today to distract you from something else I’ve got going on.”
After her big reveal and the audience had settled down, she teased the crowd by saying that her distraction was not working. Suki wore a light purple, fitted mini dress with a sparkly gold hem for her big announcement. She completed the look with knee-high boots.
News about the British singer being pregnant with her long-time boyfriend started circulating earlier this month. During one of their hikes together, Suki had her belly bare, fuelling rumors that she and the Twilight star will soon be parents.
Suki was first romantically linked to the 37-year-old Batman actor in 2018. Since their relationship began, they have done their best to keep things low-key. Both live separate lives and have maintained their independent status for as long as possible. The two are known for working on their own projects and doing their own thing.
Last February, Suki shared bits and pieces about her relationship with Robert while speaking with The Sunday Times.
She told the news outlet that the two try to be together as much as possible, stating, “I had two days off the other day, and it was like, no question I’m going back to see him. Then he’ll come out for a couple of days.”
Suki shared her disbelief, shock, and happiness at being with someone for almost five years. She gushed, “I’m always incredibly excited when I see his name pop up [on my phone] or even a text, and I think he feels the same about me. We’ve always got so much to say, and I find him hilarious.”
Before dating Robert, Suki was with another Hollywood actor, Bradley Cooper, and their relationship lasted for two years. The two had a torrid relationship until 2015 when they called it quits. After their split, Bradley started a new romance with supermodel Irina Shayk.
Suki also dated Miles Kane for two years and was in a relationship with Star Wars alum Diego Luna for a year.
Meanwhile, Robert had been in a long-term and high-profile relationship with Twilight lead actress Kristen Steward. When the two broke up, he became engaged to FKA Twigs but their relationship ended in 2017.
Robert and Suki have attended several public events together like the MET Gala last May and the GO Campaign Annual Gala last October.
Suki’s confirmation that she is pregnant comes after she dropped out of the Laneway Festival scheduled for next year. She was supposed to perform for five dates in Australia, but the star explained that she wouldn’t be able to participate due to personal reasons.
