Supermodel Gisele Bundchen Becomes Author and Wellness Guru
Modeling since 1994 at 14 years old, Gisele Bundchen is widely known as a Victoria’s Secret Angel. More recently, the German-Brazilian celebrity is receiving renewed interest due to her upcoming cookbook Nourish. Scheduled to come out on March 26, 2024, the publication by Clarkson Potter shares her healthy lifestyle through a series of wellness tips and nutritious recipes.
In an Instagram post that included the cover of her new cookbook, Gisele wrote to her 20 million followers, “I am so excited to announce my new cookbook, ‘Nourish.”
She added, “People always ask me what I eat and how I stay fit. Great food is something I am passionate about, and it is vital for living a healthy lifestyle. In Nourish, I share my family’s favorite simple, nutritious, and delicious recipes and some self-care rituals that help me so much in my life, especially as a busy, working mom.”
Gisele ended her post with, “I’ve always trusted that every situation, no matter how challenging, has something to teach us and happens for our growth.”
Still looking gorgeous and svelte, the cover shows the 43-year-old standing behind a kitchen island with different kinds of salads. Wearing a striped white crop top, her outfit reveals a sculpted midriff.
Written after her divorce from Tom Brady, a former American football quarterback, the Brazilian beauty also promised that her book shares some of the self-care rituals that helped her move on and become a confident and independent single mom.
Gisele’s Love Life Now
Despite the separation, rumors about Gisele’s love life are abuzz. She’s believed to be dating Joaquim Valente, her jiu-jitsu instructor. The two have often been seen together. This includes a trip to Costa Rica where they were photographed going for a run.
Gisele has maintained a dismissive attitude to these reports. During an interview for Vanity Fair’s April issue, she shared that people will give additional meaning to anything, especially because of her divorce. She also admitted to feeling hurt over speculations that she made Tom choose between her and his love for football.
She countered the gossip by saying, “Listen, I have always cheered for him, and I would continue forever. If there’s one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me. I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true. That’s what I want, really, from the bottom of my heart.”
Meanwhile, Tom is rumored to be dating another model, Irina Shayk, whose dating history includes Cristiano Ronaldo and Bradley Cooper.
Before Gisele and Tom’s Divorce
Before their divorce, Gisele and Tom were a Hollywood power couple. The two got married in February 2009 and have two children together, 13-year-old Benjamin and 12-year-old Vivian.
Most were shocked when news about their divorce became public. However, some who believe that Gisele forced her husband to give up his NFL career claim they saw it coming because Tom changed his mind about retiring from the NFL just one month after his retirement announcement.
