Taylor Swift Goes Out With Her Girl Squad, Including Blake Lively, Gigi Hadid, And The Haim Sisters

The Taylor squad is back in action. 

It was like a 2015 redo. Taylor’s girl squad included Blake Lively, Gigi Hadid, and the Haim Sisters Este, Danielle, and Alana this time. The ladies were pictured walking on the street and were reportedly headed to the private club Zero Bond in downtown Manhattan.

An Eye Witness told ET, “Taylor was having so much fun and it seemed like she was just relaxing and enjoying herself with her girlfriends. She didn’t seem upset about her breakup with Joe at all. Blake and Gigi have been a great support system for Taylor, and they’re all so close.” 

The singer who broke up with Joe Alwyn was dressed for revenge, looking gorgeous in a sleek black mini dress, loafers, and her classic red lip. She was also wearing earrings and sunglasses, but what was missing was the J necklace that she used to wear in honor of her ex-boyfriend. 

Sources reported that the breakup was amicable and not dramatic. The source also told ET that the relationship had run its course and was why Joe was not present in any of the shows. However, the couple is yet to make an official announcement. 

A source told People, “They’ve had rough patches before and always worked things out, so friends thought they would take some time apart but eventually come back together.” The source noted that, ultimately, the couple was not the right fit for one another. 

The source also told People that the couple still has a lot of respect for each other. 

The “Shake It Off” singer seems to be leaning on friends, as she has been repeatedly spotted hanging out with them. Just a few days earlier, Taylor had a dinner date with Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynold, at Manhattan hotspot Casa Cipriani.

Around a week before that, Taylor was photographed with Jack Antonoff, her long-time collaborator, at Via Carota Restaurant. Antonoff’s fiancée Margaret Qualley was also present. And before that, she was seen with Ashley Avignone, her longtime friend and fashion consultant. 

Taylor’s friends Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, all three of the Haim sisters, and her brother, Austin Swift, have all unfollowed Alwyn on Instagram. 

The Grammy winner and British actor were first reported dating in 2017 and seemed to have met at the 2016 Met Gala. The pair had been very private about their relationship and even shook off engagement rumors in the last couple of years. 

They bonded over music and shared a love for sad songs. The couple co-wrote and co-produced ten songs. However, the actor used the pseudonym William Bowery. 

The couple managed to keep the details of their relationship private. Last year, Awlyn evaded questions about Swift in an interview with The Guardian. He refused to discuss anything about their relationship as it “feeds into a weird part of the culture”.
