She admitted to not being up to date with Travis’ headlines, and when her co-host Whoopi Goldberg chimed in with a similar sentiment, it was clear that she was not alone.
It was Alyssa Farah Griffin who delved into the topic of being true to oneself in a relationship, suggesting that it’s important to “show your crazy upfront” so as not to surprise your partner later on. This isn’t the first time Behar has shared the story of her memorable first encounter with her husband. In a previous episode of The View, she casually mentioned, “I don’t know if you know this about me, but I met my husband at a semi-nudist colony. It’s true.”
Behar explained that when they first spoke later that night, Janowitz was fully dressed for a movie night at the semi-nudist colony. But her recognition of him from earlier in the day marked the beginning of a unique love story that has endured the test of time.
