This Is Not a Drill! Vaness Hudgens and Cole Tucker Have Said “I Do”
Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker made their relationship public back in November 2020. After being together for around 3 years, reports suggest that the two have now tied the knot. Here’s what we know!
Hudgens (34) and Tucker (27) kept their relationship low key for about a year before Hudgens made a post on Instagram with the caption, “It’s you, it’s me, it’s us. @cotuck.” The picture showed her kissing the baseball player on Valentine’s Day.
Tucker, soon after the actress went public about their relationship, confirmed it in an interview. He said, “I got a girlfriend and she’s cool. She’s awesome, I love her. She’s great. She’ll be around. You will see her, but you saw the headline, it is what it is.”
The lowkey couple recently made headlines when they took to Instagram to announce their engagement. One of the pictures showed the couple holding each other, while the High School Musical alum was showing off her ring. In another picture, she showed a close up of her ring and in the background a lit Eiffel Tower is also visible.
When asked if the proposal took her by surprise the 34-year-old singer/actor said, “We had definitely talked about it, but I did not expect it to happen the way that it happened and the moment that it happened. It definitely caught me off guard and I was bawling my eyes out.”
Hudgens confirmed that their love story was the epitome of modern-day love. Apparently, Tucker slid into the actress’s DMs after they met through a Zoom meditation workshop. However, she knew he was “the one” only after the two spent a long weekend together. Cute!
Although Hudgens has spoken in past interviews about her relationship with Tucker and her engagement, neither she or Cole have announced their wonderful celebration. Reports have it that the couple had a low-key in Tulum, Mexico. Moreover, a photo on X (formerly Twitter) had fans wondering if the rumors were actually true. In the picture, she is seen barefoot in a pretty, white dress.
Furthermore, High School Musical co-star and long-time friend Monique Coleman posted a couple of videos on her Instagram story, where she showed clips of a tropical setting in Tulum. This has only added to the speculation.
Many other social media users have also uploaded pictures of the couple having a blast with their friends and family on the beach. Fans cannot wait for the newlyweds to make the announcement and upload pictures. After all, the Princess Switch actress is known for her Instagram game and even better outfits. But for now, everyone is wishing the two a happy married life.
Before her relationship with Tucker, Hudgens has had two long-term relationships that we know of. Back in the day, she dated fellow HSM alum Zac Efron. Their relationship lasted for five years, right from 2005 to 2010. Shortly after, Hudgens got into another long-term relationship with Austin Butler. The pair were together for over eight years until their separation.
