Tia Mowry Launches Reality Series Centered On Divorced Life
Tia Mowry, the actress known for her roles in Twitches and Sister, Sister, is embarking on a new adventure as she embraces life as a single woman and returns to reality TV!
In an Instagram post on April 11, the 45-year-old star announced her upcoming series, Tia Mowry: My Next Chapter, set to air on WE tv and ALLBLK. The show promises viewers “unlimited access to behind-the-scenes goings-on” of Tia’s “multifaceted life.”
“Lately I’ve been taking my power back. I’m so lucky to have a community – YOU ALL – that are so close to my life, the ups and downs, my wins and my struggles. An intention I set this year is to embrace ALL that I’m experiencing, so I’m removing the filter like never before,” she shared in the caption.
Tia, who finalized her divorce from ex-husband Cory Hardrict in 2023, expressed her excitement about exploring life on her own terms, both personally and professionally.
“Recently divorced, for the first time in my life, I am truly experiencing what life is like on my own both personally and professionally,” she revealed.
The carousel of images accompanying the announcement offers glimpses of Tia preparing for the new show and precious moments with her two kids, Cree, 12, and Cairo, 5.
Previewing what viewers can expect, Tia shared, “I’m ready to date, take my multiple businesses to the next level, and discover what makes me happy. With this exciting new chapter comes profound changes and adjustments to the roles I play in my everyday life and my next act.”

Tia and Cory, 44, finalized their divorce in April 2023 after six months of separation. They reached agreements on property, support, and custody arrangements for their children, Cree and Cairo.
Tia announced her separation from Cory in 2022 with an Instagram post, in which she said, “I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways.”
“These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children. I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives,” she added.
