Travis Kelce Dedicates Special Karaoke Award To Taylor Swift At Charity Golf Tournament
Travis Kelce has once again shown his love for girlfriend Taylor Swift in a unique and entertaining way. On July 11, the Kansas City Chiefs star attended the American Century Championship charity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, with his brother, Jason. During the event, Travis, 34, took the stage for a karaoke contest and delivered a memorable performance.
Travis belted out Whitesnake’s 1982 hit Here I Go Again, impressing the audience with his vocal skills. His enthusiastic performance earned him the title of karaoke winner.
As he accepted the award, Travis jumped up and down with excitement, jokingly pretended to cry, and dedicated his win to Taylor. “Taylor, this is for you,” he said, holding the mic and making the crowd cheer. He then raised his award and proclaimed, “I love you guys!”
A video shared on the New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce podcast Instagram page captured Travis putting his all into the Whitesnake song. The caption read, “Nothing beats @killatrav’s stage presence,” while the text “Travis on stage in Tahoe” was written over the video.
Travis has a history of notable karaoke performances at the charity event. In 2022, he sang Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble’s Pride and Joy, and in 2019, he rocked Journey’s Don’t Stop Believin’.
His love for singing isn’t limited to the charity bash. At the 2024 Super Bowl victory parade, the football tight end grabbed the microphone and entertained Chiefs fans with his rendition of Garth Brooks’ 1990 hit Friends in Low Places.
Supporting Taylor during her global Eras Tour, Travis was recently spotted with her in Amsterdam. On July 6, the couple was seen leaving Johan Cruijff Arena hand-in-hand after Taylor’s third performance at the venue. The Blank Space singer is now heading to Milan, Italy, for two concerts at San Siro Stadium on July 13 and 14.
