Tristan Thompson Lives In Ex Khloe Kardashian’s House, But the Two Are Not Back Together
Not following the norm is one of the things that the Kardashian family loves to do. And in a surprising turn of events, the famous family welcomed 2023 differently after the sudden passing of Andrea, Tristan Thompson’s mother.
This is the same Tristan Thompson who publicly cheated on Khloe. But when news that his mom, Andrea, had passed away in January, Khloe and her sister Kim did not hesitate to drop everything and boarded Kim’s private plane to head to Toronto to show their support to Khloe’s ex-partner.
Andrea was the only caretaker of 16-year-old Amani, Tristan’s youngest brother, who has epilepsy. And with their mother’s passing, Tristan automatically became Amani’s guardian, prompting him to bring his brother to Los Angeles where he is based.
However, eventually, some unseen complications needed to be dealt with, such as Tristan’s house getting renovated. This led to the brothers moving into Khloe’s house temporarily.
Despite their setup today, Khloe consistently informs her family, friends, and followers that she and Tristan are not back together in a romantic way.
On one of the episodes of The Kardashians, Kim’s private jet was seen being prepared, and their mother, Kris Jenner, admitted that it was a tough week for everyone.
Kim agreed and added that it was a shocking way for her family to welcome the new year. Khloe further admitted that Tristan’s mother suddenly passing away was sad, and it became extremely hard for them since it happened.
Further explaining how things are from her point of view, Kim continued, “Tristan found out that his mom had had a heart attack, and, you know, it shook up his entire world. So, of course, we drop everything, and we go to Toronto. It’s just not even a question, like, I’ll be there.”
Tristan also had something to share when he was aboard the plane and told everyone, “Before we take off, you know, I think we always take for granted, you know, saying I love you or how much you appreciate your loved ones.”
Khloe revealed that she received a call from Tristan but she couldn’t understand him or what was happening. But the co-founder of Good American revealed that when she finally caught up with what Tristan was telling her, she was heartbroken because she was close to Tristan’s mother, and they talked every day.
The show later shared pictures of Khloe with Andrea and her daughter True. It was also revealed that while Khloe and Kim were in Toronto, they also helped clean Andrea’s house, as requested by Tristan.
With the current setup, the family assured that until Tristan’s home renovations are done, he and his brother will be welcomed in Khloe’s house and that Amari will be taken care of. It will also be an opportunity for Tristan to be with his and Khloe’s children, True and Tatum, more.
