It’s Time! Gisele Bündchen Gets Florida’s Top Divorce Attorney On Her Side As Her Divorce Battle With Tom Brady Begins

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen is ensuring that the best people are on her side as she gears up against Tom Brady in a likely ugly divorce battle.

Gisele tapped the services of Tom Sasser, alleged to be one of Florida’s best divorce lawyers, to represent her after things between the two turned nasty.

Tom boasts a high-profile clientele from the rich and the famous, with previous clients including Jeff Gordon and Tiger Woods.

Earlier this month, speculations about an impending divorce between the NFL quarterback star and Victoria’s Secret model were confirmed when Gisele was spotted running errands sans her wedding ring.

Tom was also seen this week without his ring. So the two might have decided that calling it quits was the best option.

Enlisting divorce lawyers in their current predicament has made the already stressful separation a horrible battle between the couple. But one thing is for sure, both are ready to take it to court, and both are prepared to fight. Sure, dividing their immense properties and impressive wealth will take some time, but Gisele and Tom are invested and will do whatever’s needed.

The high-profile couple is agreeable to keeping their grounds neutral regarding their two kids, twelve-year-old Benjamin and nine-year-old Vivian. The only direction that both are heading in is joint custody.

In recent days, Gisele has been traveling a lot, while Tom has been seen in Miami, given that it is football season. The two have allegedly been in different homes and living separately ever since they had a huge fight.

Tom’s announcement to un-retire from football appeared to be the cause of the fight. The athlete who quit the sport last February to focus more on his family retracted his decision only several weeks after and is playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It was alleged that this caused the rift between the two, given that being in the league caused Tom to spend less time with his family.

However, although there was no clear statement from the two, news came out in late September that the physical separation of the couple was not in any way due to Tom going back to football. But many believe that it has, in one way or another, caused the two to drift apart, especially after Gisele’s interview with Elle. The model shared how fulfilled she felt as a mother and wife yet hinted at wanting to do her own thing with her statement, “And now it’s going to be my turn. It’s not like I’m going to be in the valley forever.”

The mother of two further added that as a partner, she had done her part being there for Tom, including moving to Boston and ensuring that she created a safe environment for her children, all the while being there and supporting Tom as he reached his dreams.

And she feels that she did an excellent job in that aspect and that at 42 years old, she also has a significant list of things she wants to do for herself.

Then Tom, despite going through a dark cloud in their relationship, openly announced that he doesn’t see retirement in his football future, stating how much he loves the sport and his teammates. Gisele, who has been married to Tom for 13 years, has not been present at any of the football games this season.
