Khloé Kardashian Finally Speaks Out About Her And Tristan’s son
Khloé Kardashian, finally opened up after the birth of her second son with Tristan Thompson. The reality star, 38, seemed to be in a state of motherhood bliss as she shared details about her baby boy.
Khloé shared that she loves everything, even the complex parts of being a parent to her two children. She said that her kids challenged her as a person, and that playing a role in shaping her children into rounded adults is both a gift and honor.
As a parent, Khloé is convinced of her impact on her kids. She enthusiastically stated, “We have to take those roles seriously, especially in today’s day and age, with how much accessibility children have and the information they are exposed to so young. It’s super scary, but I take my job very seriously. I love it so much.”
Khloé has two kids with basketball player Tristan Thompson. The two had a controversial relationship because of his affairs with other women while dating Khloé. He also fathered a son with another woman while still with Khloé. Khloé carried their first child, True, who is 4 now. The couple welcomed their newborn son via a surrogate last month.
The Good American co-founder was very open about her excitement at being a mom again. She wanted a sibling for True and wanted a baby boy. All these dreams came true, so the businesswoman is on cloud nine.
True to their Kardashian style of having unique names, Khloé has not released her son’s name yet. She is in no rush to decide on the baby boy’s name, either, as she wants the name and everything to be just right.
Khloé and Tristan took fans by surprise when they announced last July 13 that they were expecting a son. As it was a not-so-stable relationship plagued with infidelity issues, the news was completely unexpected, mainly because the two had already ended their relationship about seven months ago.
Khloé’s representative confirmed the news to People, citing, “We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family.”
The Kardashian sister appears to be content and happy with her children despite the rollercoaster relationship she had with the father of her children, whom she first started dating in 2016.
Rumors about the Keeping Up With the Kardashians Star being pregnant surfaced in September 2018. And indeed, Khloé was then carrying True, with the Cleveland Cavalier player confirmed to be the father. At the time, Tristan was already a dad to a son named Prince with Jordan Craig. Jordan was already pregnant when his relationship with Khloé began.
Then in April 2018, just before Khloé was about to give birth, news of Thompson cheating on her on different occasions surfaced, but they showed a united front. Until February 2019, when Tristan cheated on the entrepreneur again, this time with Kylie’s former best friend, Jordyn Woods.
Due to the pandemic and co-parenting their daughter, the couple briefly reunited, but Khloé finally called it quits earlier this year.
